  This item is deemed to be illegally produced under the direction of Marino-Montero International run by Mr. Juan Carlos Marino Montero. It is not honored as legitimate by any official EUROPA organization. The status of it is the same as the illegal 2005/6 EUROPA stamp issues made in the name of Chad, São Tomé and Príncipe, Afghanistan, Benin and the still listed Mozambique. Proof that this item was produced and distributed by Marino-Montero International (who also owned and operated the Mayfair International Security Printers located in France who printed them), is the document made by Filatelia International owned by George Katz authorizing the use of the "patented" logo inscribed on all the stamps of this issue. The document is for the São Tomé and Príncipe illegal stamp series. This document was posted on Mr Montero's own website called Stamp-Scandal which has since been proven to be riddled with lies and deceit to promote the illegal stamp producers own agenda to legitimize his illegal stamp productions. This logo is 仅仅 found on the five country issues described. It is not found on any genuine EUROPA issues of the time era. There is no evidence of commercial postal usage of this issue. Only catalogs known to list illegally produced stamps due to influences by this proven rouge stamp agency and its owner who was convicted for producing illegal stamps in the name of Niger and named as producing illegal stamps in numerous UPU circulars are still listing it. This and the other four series have been massively produced in many forms and is rejected by all true EUROPA stamp collectors and organizations. Simply go to the official EUROPA stamp websites which show every legally produced EUROPA stamp issue ever made and try to find this issue listed. You will find that it is not included. It is best to avoid investing in because if the catalogs that still list it do the proper research, they will find that they must de-list it to regain any trust of their status as a reliable source.
