This overprint is used on this stamp from 1922 to 1926. The overprint exist on the 3 types of the stamp (MICHEL n°. 114I, 114II and 114III /BELGIUM n°. 136, 136A and 136B).
MICHEL grants only 1 number for this pre-cancellation, regardless of the type of the stamp, the location, the year of validity or the position of the overprint. Belgian Specialized Catalog however grants a different number for every type, location and year.
It also distinguishes the precancels according to the position of the overprint:
第一 = readable from the bottom to the top
第二 = readable from the top to the bottom
