  In various cities in the Netherlands it was possible to have stamps with pre-printed address strips stamped on sheets. At the printing house these sheets were separated with a perforating device, resulting in double perforated stamps in 's-Hertogenbosch, called "Bossche perforation".
  With stamps used for the same purpose in other cities such as Amsterdam, Heerlen, Maastricht and Roermond as a result of a different system, no double perforation, but the pre-stamped stamps were (roughly) cut from each other.
