- This item has been denounced in Cote d'Ivoire 2004 UPU Circular 63 as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. An error of the year inscribed is noted stating this to be a 2003 issue.

Illegally produced stamps by Stamperija and rejected by the Ivory Coast postal administration because IGPC was the official stamp agency at the time. These illegal stamps are of the exact same style and format as the illegal "Nature of Africa" series and legal "O Mundo Do Mar" series produced by Stamperija in 2002 in the name of Mozambique.
