This scam to siphon money from collectors proven due to it being used during the same time periods between 2018-2022 for WWF issues made for Central African Republic, Chad, Djibouti, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Maldives, Mozambique, Niger, São Tomé and Príncipe and Sierra Leone.
