This scam to siphon money from collectors proven due to it being used during the same time periods between 2018-2022 for WWF issues made for Central African Republic, Chad, Djibouti, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Maldives, Mozambique, Niger, São Tomé and Príncipe and Sierra Leone. It is impossible that all of these countries needed any kind of surcharging and overprinting specifically made on older WWF issues only. 全部 the original WWF series were produced by the same stamp agent in earlier years showing us they were all massively overproduced effecting the value of all WWF series produced by this agent.
