Sorry to read the basic activities of Colnect are sometimes hard to understand. We try our best to make it as simple as possible and I guess the first video on our help page would be very helpful to newbies. If you still experience problems after carefully going through our help section, you should perhaps try to contact a member from your country and ask them to call and help you. Good luck

no me aparece la opcion para "coleccion", solamente para frecer y buscar, pero no pued añadir nada mas a mi lista de colección... en mi perfil no esta aplicada ninguna opcion para no mostrar el campo de opcines...

I'm sorry to sound like an idiot, but I just don't get how you "add" coins to your list. I have an account, new catalog but nothing in that catalog and no idea how to "add" my collection. You would think there would be an "add" tab or what have you but nothing obvious that stands out and I've read how to do this and help menus for the past hour. I guess I'm expecting an -add-coin-country-year-currency denomination or something simlilar to those steps.

Thanks for your help in advance, I inherited a huge collection that I'd like to be able to manage and understand value.

Hi,

This works exactly the opposite way: you have to find a coin in the database first (easiest way is to start with selecting the country: https://colnect.com/coins/countries - then you can for example select a face value) and after you are on a single coin page (e. g. https://colnect.com/coins/coin/49431-5_ ... h_I-Azores) or on a list page (like https://colnect.com/coins/list/country/3-Algeria - all coins from Algeria shown together), you can add them to your collection, using the Collection checkbox.

On the exchange list, when I mark collectors stamps that I want , they don't show up on my profile, please help!

Stamps that you wish, go into wish list, not into exchange(swap) list. Last stamp you added was https://colnect.com/sl/stamps/stamp/137 ... Avstralija (19.01.2015 at 22:18). So it works, it might just take a while for info ta catche.

I have a problem. When I click that I have coins in my collection and for swap too, it does not appear on my profile. Does anyone know how to do it so the Coins collection can be seen on my profile? Thanks.

the excel sheet provided are complicated. maybe the website needs to allow collector upload directly on the website, and only publishes things after verification.
