- Search this forum before posting. What you're thinking about might have already been posted.
- Start a new topic for anything you wish to report.
- Do NOT report wrong information on Colnect's catalog here. Use the Collector Comments feature and our editors will address your comment when possible.
Reporting a bug or a problem
In order for us to help, we need to see EXACTLY what it is. Please make sure you write it in the following way:
BUG: "Specific Name of the Problem"
1/ I go to [provide a URL link to the page you are referring to]
2/ I see this problem / error message [attach a screen shot showing what you see]
3/ I am using [insert the kind and version of browser you are using]
What is a...
URL / Link = The address of the web page. It appears on the top white bar of your browser window. Usually in the format like 'https://colnect.com/en'. See image:
Screen Shot = An image of what you see when you encounter the problem. You can use:
* The "Print Screen" key on your keyboard and here
or
* The windows snipping tool (see here)
or
* An add-on program from your browser.
Attachment = Adding a picture or file to your forum post. Go to "Upload attachment" below your post window (see image below).
Click "Choose File" and choose the file you would like to upload. Click "Add File".
Browser = The program you are using to browse online. It could be Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Windows Internet Expolrer, Opera or Safari (Apple). You can see the version number under "About" of each browser.
