For the security reasons it's not possible to change the username. Sometimes we make exception for the very new accounts with no ratings. You joined Colnect more than a year ago and you have already had 50 ratings, so it's not possible any more to change your username on Colnect.

I understand that but, these days, my nickname has a negative connotation in my country (it's untrustworthy) and I need to change it because I'm a serious collector.

Hi,

I received a message saying that I must provide my real full name. I then realized that I entered MJ instead of Matthieu-Jean as my first name (out of habit) and St-German instead of St-Germain (out of lack of sleep). The email text says "please reply with your real full name" but the email address itself reads "do not reply [at] colnect [dot] com>".

so...... not sure what to do now or if posting here is the way to go.
