How to upload a new profile photo

I have been trying to upload a new profile photo of myself but, for some reason, cannot finalize this. Can someone please advise?

You can set your profile picture in the account settings. If it isn't set right away, after uploading the picture quit the account settings page and clear your browser cache.

Maybe it is because I have such an old computer, but it seems I cannot manage to finish this...

The picture should be saved automatically. Sometimes in the past it wasn't displayed after uploading and clearing the browser cache helped to fix it, but it doesn't seem to work properly now. We'll check this issue.
