I paid over one (1) month ago several (4) vendors for Federal Republic of Germany (2024) stamps and haven't received any thing from any of the several vendors from whom I purchased. Can you assist me to find out what has happened? I contacted one merchant and was told there was a postal issue in Germany. This seems impossible, because I know a lot about Germany, and this just doesn't happen for the long time I have been waiting for the stamps I already paid.

You chose the unregistered mail in transactions. It's not possible to find out whether a non-registered package was sent/received or not, that's why there is nothing we can help with when unregistered mail was used. You need to consider buying only via registered mail, if many non-registered packages don't arrive to you.
