Hello,

I used the postage stamp catalog website to find the Scott number of the stamps I am collecting and to identify the stamps I need to fill my collections. I recently noticed that to see/ identify some of the stamps, I now need to "Log in". I set up an account and once that was set up, it involves more than I need/ want at this time. Again, I only wish to identify and get the Scott number for now. I do not need to sell anything or at this point buy anything. I did a lot of searching and your website was the best I could find for what I needed. I do not wish to pay for all the other features I do not need. If you have a different type of account that is free and will let me search for the information on the stamps, please let me know. Otherwise, please cancel my account, and I will be forced to use another website.

Welcome to Colnect. Complete visibility of Colnect catalog data is now available to logged in members only as mentioned in this announcement. Using Colnect is free. There is a paid premium membership, but it's optional, i.e. you may use your free account without becoming a premium member. Colnect offers many various features and you can use only those that you personally need. More info on Colnect and how to use it can be found on these help pages.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately my issue is not navigation within the website. I have done so for a few months and have found it to work amazingly well. The issue I am having is the before when I was using the site to look up data on stamps, the information was there. Now on some of the stamps, there is a message to log in to see the information. I looked through your documentation and did not see a price. I do not need the many features that are there. I would guess that it is great for many people. But I just need the stamp info and did not expect that there would be a cost/ fee for what I was finding before. If you have a different level that is free and will display the stamp info, that is what I would like. Hopefully this is clear.
