I post in this place but I inform about it the stamps forum.

Reasons: At the moment dispenser stamps are treated as series as if they main should show motifs or events:

But dispenser stamps are a special kind of stamps which are not issued mint. These stamps are sticked by the official only on the envelopes which are handed over directly.

Thanks for the suggestion, but such a change is better to discuss with the category coordinator on the stamps forum. In case the discussion won't lead to a consensus you may use this forum to poll the community about their opinion.
