A while ago we've implemented a feature that allows selling lots, in particular from any item list page in a catalog. And now we are thinking about a new feature to sell items from a list page the same way as lots, but as single sale listings. If you are interested in such a feature you are most welcome to vote on the poll above and as usually if this suggestion will be well supported we'll implement it.
