Mi: YU 159 print off-set , new variant or not ?

Hi,

please see attached photo of Mi: YU 159 and advise if this much off-set is acceptable or should I make new variant report. Off-set is at least 3mm and end of the previous stamp is appearing on the left side perforation.

There is nothing listed, just a poorly perforated copy, not uncommon for this issue
