I have the below Hasler Meter Stamp dated Nov 13, 2009 and mailed from 70809 (Baton Rouge, Louisiana). As per USP Meter Stamp Cat this is numbered QA2.1.B.
However, I could not find this under the mechanical franking. Would this be listed under any other Cat/Sub-Cat.! And was wondering if anyone has any other catalogue information/year on this? If missing in Colnect i can happily do a NIF using Code as "US QA2.1.B" to add to Colnect.
