I’m reaching out regarding transaction EWZ8 (https://colnect.com/it/transaction/show/id/EWZ8) with the user @sensato (https://colnect.com/it/collectors/collector/sensato), from whom I received a neutral rating that I believe is entirely unfair.
I was not given any opportunity to discuss or clarify the reason for the rating before it was submitted. Despite sending two polite messages, I have not received any reply in over four days.
This kind of behavior is, in my view, disrespectful and damaging to my reputation as a seller, which I’ve built carefully over time with attention, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve always been open to finding solutions, including offering a partial refund or another form of compensation, but without a response from the buyer, I’m left without any way to proceed.
I kindly request your support in resolving this unfair situation and in helping facilitate the correction of this feedback, which was left without dialogue and is negatively impacting my credibility on the platform.
