[Resolved] Neutral rating from Sensato

Dear @Skyforger

I’m reaching out regarding transaction EWZ8 (https://colnect.com/it/transaction/show/id/EWZ8) with the user @sensato (https://colnect.com/it/collectors/collector/sensato), from whom I received a neutral rating that I believe is entirely unfair.

I was not given any opportunity to discuss or clarify the reason for the rating before it was submitted. Despite sending two polite messages, I have not received any reply in over four days.

This kind of behavior is, in my view, disrespectful and damaging to my reputation as a seller, which I’ve built carefully over time with attention, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ve always been open to finding solutions, including offering a partial refund or another form of compensation, but without a response from the buyer, I’m left without any way to proceed.

I kindly request your support in resolving this unfair situation and in helping facilitate the correction of this feedback, which was left without dialogue and is negatively impacting my credibility on the platform.

I gave my explanation along with the rating. And I assumed a Neutral rating was neither Positive nor Negative.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any proof of receiving incorrect items? Generally everyone giving a non-positive rating should be able to prove its validity. The seller doesn't want to have non-positive ratings and he is willing to fix the issue as he wrote you. Please, either provide clear proofs of the rating validity or agree with the seller possible ways of solving the issue.

@Skyforger and @sensato as I have also mentioned in the three PMs I sent, I would prefer to give a partial or a total refund but have the rating changed or even the transaction cancelled in any case. Also, It would have been better to contact me for any issue as it is used to happen to me in all of the other transactions which were not satisfactory for the buyer and solve this privately. @sensato neutral is neutral and gives a bad image for the seller. Please consider the opportunity to change it.

First, I apologize for my general slow response to this issue. I've only been able to connect through the Colnect system irregularly.

My expectation in applying a Neutral rating was to close the transaction in as simple a fashion as possible for both parties -- and I was obviously wrong about that. I am now in receipt of a partial refund for the purchase -- again unexpected but I do appreciate it.

Within a day or two, I will provide a detailed list of the discrepancies to @dedegori27 through the user messaging system. And I will ask the sysadmins (@Skyforger?) to change my Seller rating from Neutral to Positive on this transaction.

Thanks a lot @sensato . Waiting for it to be changed, I am not in a particular hurry, the important thing is to have clarified my position as a good and reliable seller. @Skyforger always thanks for your help.

@sensato Generally when you have any issue with the received items it makes sense to contact your counterparty before giving a non-positive rating and try to solve the issue. The neutral rating is removed, so you can give the positive rating anytime now. Happy Colnecting.
