You refused the buyer's payment because he paid via PayPal choosing the correct payment purpose and not as you wanted. Refusing payments on such a reason isn't correct and shouldn't happen. Setting own rules that contradict Colnect's terms of service and the marketplace workflow isn't allowed (if the workflow of a definite payment method on Colnect doesn't work well for you it makes sense not to use it). The same concerns giving baseless negative ratings in revenge (as you did on this transaction). The negative rating you gave the buyer is now removed. Please, never give negative ratings in revenge as it may cause your account deactivation.
Why do you simply close a topic even though the buyer hasn't been able to comment on the matter yet?

I don't offer the PayPal payment function integrated into Colnect at all, as it has already led to several PayPal account suspensions. (Sales of stamps from Cuba, North Korea, etc.)
I only offer PayPal upon request, and in this case, I set the rules for the conclusion of a transaction.
These are visible to all collectors, and anyone who doesn't agree to them doesn't have to order from me.
I had informed the buyer of the payment terms in a message before payment.
He didn't adhere to them, so his payment was refunded.
Until now, I thought negative reviews were intended to express dissatisfaction with unfulfilled contractual conditions (missing deliveries, defective stamps, etc.), but in this case, a contract hasn't even been concluded yet, since a mutual affirmative declaration of intent is required for this.
But I ruled this out by refunding the payment!
No one suffered any damage, so why the buyer's negative review?

As mentioned previously, setting own rules that contradict Colnect's terms of service and the marketplace workflow isn't allowed. Colnect has an integrated PayPal payments system, so if using PayPal it should be listed only as the respective PayPal payment method on Colnect. Listing PayPal as other method is incorrect (by the way, sale listings don't show details of this payment method, so they aren't "visible to all collectors" as you stated), please, set correct payment methods ASAP.

Actually you shouldn't have complied with the seller's demands to help him avoid paying PayPal fees. Since the seller incorrectly used Colnect's marketplace, which caused inconveniences and PayPal usage violation, the negative rating is considered to be justified and thus won't be removed.
