FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION: you should probably spend some time reading this forum. We publish names and addresses of members who had their accounts deactivated due to negative ratings and warn you against wrong doers.

The neutral rating has been removed and now you can give the positive rating. Please, mind that you must never use non-positive ratings to force anyone doing something you want/need, as you did in this case. Giving baseless non-positive ratings may cause the account deactivation.
