Incorrect review and transaction rating

I have a problem with the comment and rating for the transaction from the buyer and the site says that I need to contact you for help.

Let me explain the situation.

I have a problem with a buyer from Poland (Grzegorz Bilski [bilug]), who left a negative comment and rating for the transaction, although he received the goods in full. It all started with the fact that I was abroad on a long business trip and asked the buyer to wait with the receipt and that I would send the order from Israel or upon returning from Latvia, but in order for me to immediately send from Israel (where I was on a business trip), the buyer had to additionally provide phone numbers so that I could enter them in the form before sending, but the buyer abruptly ignored this request and refused to provide this important information for sending.

Since I sent from Israel, I must also provide the recipient's phone number.

As a result, without waiting for this information, I had to write a fake phone number of the buyer in Poland, in order to send the goods to the buyer as soon as possible in any case.

As a result, the goods were received by the buyer with a slight delay in the terms described in my terms, due to the fact that I had been negotiating for a long time that the buyer would give a phone number to add to the postal form and time was wasted, which delayed the shipment.

Please help me change the rating or completely delete the unjustified comment, since I did everything to successfully complete the transaction with this buyer.

The buyer may have made his first purchase on colnect and after that the buyer almost never uses this resource and completely ignores communication with me.

I do not know why the buyer was so ambiguous about the fact that I asked to indicate the phone number that I needed, only in order to add it to the postal form of the registered letter.

I hope for your response, reaction to my request.

I cannot accept that my rating was lowered, and at the same time I tried to ensure that the buyer quickly and reliably received his goods.

Hello,

Since bought items haven't been sent within the shipping time specified in the transaction (you've requested the buyer's phone number long after the transaction was created, so it doesn't explain the delay) the negative rating may be removed only at the buyer's request.

Therefore, I did everything in my power to ensure that the goods were received faster, but for this I did not have a phone number in the form for registration of the registered mail.

Upon receipt of the goods, with my zeal to complete the transaction immediately and send the goods, I clarified this issue with the buyer for a long time so that he would receive the goods comfortably and on time.

I hope for a solution to the issue based on my actions and the actual receipt of the goods by the buyer.

You've shipped items and provided the buyer with the tracking number almost 1,5 months after the transaction creation, while the shipping (not delivery) time specified in the transaction is 14 days. The negative rating on this transaction is thus justified and may be removed only at the buyer's request as mentioned previously.
