I collected stamps as a boy and teenager after my sister gave me her stamp collection. Then, recently, in 2021, I began collecting again. My sister continues to help me with what I call "our collection" now, enjoys the "stamps of the day" that I share with her along with their stories, and helping me put stamps in my collection or stock books.

I discovered Colnect through the app Stamp Identifier. Both have made an enormous difference in the fun of collecting stamps. I still use Stamp Identifier but I've found that using Colnect's brilliant Stamp Catalog Image Search (Stamp Catalog - Image search at the top of the page to efficiently help me sort many stamps quickly.

I collect stamps from all over the world by country and topic. My collection is mostly US and Australia but as I'm adding other countries and topics as I start trading with collectors from around the world!

I prefer 1 to 1 swaps. I trade mostly used stamps 1-1. I have some MNH US stamps in a list called "ALL Mint to swap" that I will be happy to swap for used stamps 1-2 (1 MNH for 2 used stamps).

I'm really looking forward to swapping stamps, stories, and hopefully making new friends around the world through stamp collecting!
