I collect especially Phonecards from Austria, Japan (NTT 0 + 1 and barcode/frontbars
cards), Thailand and many Thematic cards:

Disney - especially Japan & Thailand, than also China & worldwide
Coca Cola - especially Japan, sometimes worldwide if i get some cheap
card :)
Movie - especially Japan, some from Thailand
Gold- and Silvercards from Japan
Metalic, silk, paint cards, ... from Japan
