Huila is one of the thirty two departments that form the Republic of Colombia. Its capital is Neiva. It is located in the southwestern part of the country, in the Andean region, limiting to the north with Tolima and Cundinamarca, to the east with Meta, to the south with Caquetá and to the west with Cauca. With 19 890 km² it is the seventh less extensive department of the country.
It was created by law 46 of April 29, 1905, constituted by the province of Neiva and that of the south, belonging to the former sovereign state of Tolima. On June 15th of the same year, it began his independent life under the administration of Dr. Rafael Puyo Perdomo - 现在购买:

Caldas is one of the thirty two departments that form the republic of Colombia. Its capital is Manizales. It is located in the center of the country, in the Andean region, limiting to the north with Antioquia, to the northeast with Boyacá, to the west with Cundinamarca and to the south with Tolima and Risaralda. With 7888 km² it is the fifth less extensive department of the country and with 125 hab/km², the sixth most densely populated. The department belongs to the coffee axis and the Paisa region. It was created in 1905, as the result of the reform of the political-administrative division proposed by General Rafael Reyes Prieto, who assumed the presidency in 1904. Until 1966 it grasped the territories occupied by the departments of Risaralda and Quindío, which were later segregated. This union is popularly known as the Old Caldas, the Gran Caldas or the green butterfly.
In this department it is possible to find all the thermal floors, from the warm valleys of the Magdalena River and the Cauca River to the perpetual snows of Nevado del Ruiz. Mountain topography is prevalent. - 现在购买:
