- 说明:
- In 2006 Michel de Groote assisted Algirdas Satas (owner of Stamperija) in obtaining a contract with Congo D.R.. This contract was ended in 2007 due to the usual massive overproduction of stamps by this agency. This is why although the issues look similar to the Impressor S.A. styles, they were produced and distributed in Lithuania by Stamperija and thus do not have the Impressor S.A. Logo.
During the period 2006-2014 the Democratic Republic of Congo supposedly entered into a contract with Impressor S.A. in which it authorized the agent to produce stamps in its name for sale to the philatelic trade. It is stated that the signators had no authority to sign stamp contracts at the time. No evidence of this or any other stamps produced during this period having been used in the Democratic Republic of Congo has come to light, showing the stamps were sent directly to the new issue trade for sale only to collectors.
