The Bolívar House, of more than 300 years, located in the heart of the city of Bucaramanga, served as presidential palace while the hero of independence Simón Bolivar expected the results of the Convention of Ocaña where it was sought to change the Constitution of Cúcuta of 1821. In addition, the Liberator Simón Bolívar was in this House for approximately 70 days in 1828.
The Bolivar house in Bucaramanga is the house of the History Academy of the Department of Santander, and where currently operates a museum of Guane Culture. In the museum are also exhibited very interesting objects in the history of the department, including artifacts of the Battle of Palonegro, the last and bloodiest battle of the War of the Thousand Days. - 现在购买:
