- 说明:
- Bernera Island or simply Bernera is a tidal island off Lismore, in Argyll, Scotland. Bernera labels were originally made for and approved by the owner of the island, Count Robin de la Lanne-Mirrlees, who owned the island until 2012 upon his passing. The printer of those is unknown. These original issues stopped in 1978 which can be recognized by the Bernera flag imprinted on them. Clive Feigenbaum (with permission of the laird) began making bogus labels in 1978 in the name of Bernera and continued to produce them through 2000. Only a few have the Bernera flag imprinted on them and not in the same way as the older labels. Several sets (Locomotives and Automobiles) were printed by the Format International Security Printers due to Feigenbaum's influence with certain owners at the time and his eventual ownership of the company which ended in the company going bankrupt in 1990. Bernera has easy access to the mainland postal services over a bridge built in 1953 and has never needed local stamps that are used under the rules of what British Local stamp issues are used for. Feigenbaum continued to produce hundreds of bogus labels in the name of Bernera and distribute them to the philatelic market as if they were real British Locals. Many want to call them Cinderella stamps to legitimize and sell them when in reality they are bogus labels created for personal profits. They are not genuine British locals (as some claim) like Lundy Island stamps. Bogus catalogs have even been made to legitimize them. These labels in the name of Bernera were used in a tax shelter scheme in which the defendants were convicted.

- 说明:
- Grunay is an uninhabited island in the Out Skerries group, the most easterly part of Shetland, Scotland. The island is the site of the lighthouse keeper's house for the lighthouse on the nearby Bound Skerry. It has never had need of a local stamp service. Therefore all stamps created in the name of Grunay are considered bogus labels originally created for or by Clive Feigenbaum with intent to make personal profits from collectors. Some of these labels in the name of Grunay were used in a tax shelter scheme in the early 1980's of which the defendants were convicted.

- 说明:
- Eynhallow (meaning “Holy Isle”) is a small, presently uninhabited island, part of the Orkney Islands, off the north coast of mainland Scotland. There is no ferry to the island, although Orkney Heritage Society organizes a trip each July. Otherwise, visitors have to arrange their own transport to the island by private local boat hire. Eynhallow bogus labels were created and produced for or by Clive Feigenbaum (with permission from the laird) and existed solely to separate collectors from their money as there has never existed any valid need for a local postal service. They are therefore not British Locals according to the rules set out for what legitimate British Local stamps are used for and can only be considered as bogus labels. These labels in the name of Eynhallow were used in a tax shelter scheme in which the defendants were convicted.

- 说明:
- Staffa is an island of the Inner Hebrides in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. According to the PTS Standing Committee reports made in the late 1960's which are fully documented, "Tourists visiting the island can post mail using private local issues in addition to normal postage stamps". The local stamp fees paid for the service of the boatman taking them to the mainland in Oban and having British stamps applied before sending on through the postal system. Numerous covers exist showing proper usage of the labels as per the rules set forth for British local stamp usage. The recommended description by the committee was to call them "tourist souvenir labels". Known covers proving usage exist dating to 1980. Status could change for later usage. Staffa labels were all produced for or by Clive Feigenbaum. Abusive production is proven and later issues are considered bogus as the mailbox used on Staffa for this service was removed sometime in the 1980's. No covers dating after 1980 seem to exist, therefore Staffa labels made after that year, of which the majority date after 1980, are considered to be bogus labels created and produced by Feigenbaum for personal profits from collectors. Bogus catalogs exist claiming all of them to be British Local stamps. Some of these labels in the name of Staffa were used in a tax shelter scheme in the early 1980's of which the defendants were convicted.
