In 2019 the British counterfeit producer tries to "legitimize" some of his productions by placing a disclaimer at the bottom of the mini sheet. "Pas officiel pour l'affranchissement"
Translation is, "Not official for postage".
This was an attempt to get them classified as Cinderella stamps. Of course once the "邮票" are removed from the mini sheet, the disclaimer is no longer there and thus, they are still classified as illegal stamps.

Produced by the British counterfeit producer and still being distributed by associated counterfeit stamp dealers to this day. Avoid sellers of these!
