Apparently the Guinea Republic was using multiple stamp agencies in this year.

They were produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agencies called "France Philatèlie" 和 "France Philatèlie 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero. A notorious illegal stamp producer located in the UK.

It is only being listed in the general stamps category and not the illegal stamp category because the Sn catalog is still listing it. At some point they will probably be de-listed in the future. Buyer beware
