This item has been specifically denounced in Scott catalog as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. All three 2000F "Events of the 20th Century" souvenir sheets are denounced. They were produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agencies called "France Philatèlie" 和 "France Philatèlie 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero.

It is only being listed in the general stamps category and not the illegal stamp category because the Yvert catalog still listing it. Michel has already de-listed it. At some point they will probably be de-listed fully in the future. Buyer beware
