说明:: During the period 2006-2014 the Democratic Republic of Congo supposedly entered into a contract with Impressor S.A. in which it authorized the agent to produce stamps in its name for sale to the philatelic trade. It is stated that the signators had no authority to sign stamp contracts at the time. No evidence of this or any other stamps produced during this period having been used in the Democratic Republic of Congo has come to light, showing the stamps were sent directly to the new issue trade for sale only to collectors.

See the 2006 Congo, Dem. Rep. (Kinshasa) illegal stamps category for stamps made by this agency that are deemed illegal stamps made in that year and illegally placed onto the stamp market. This issue is ONLY listed in the general stamps category because it is listed in the Michel, Yvert and COB Belgium catalog. Should this status change in the future, it will be moved to the illegal stamps category.
