In doing so they allowed a proven illegal stamp producer to produce stamps in the name of Mozambique. Immediately this agent produced a mass of single stamp unauthorized issues on the topic of the 2004 famous paintings. When rejected by the Mozambique postal authorities, he immediately placed them onto the stamp market illegally. They are being sold to this day as if genuine by this person and his associates.
Even though the agent (Montero) tried to hide who printed this issue, it is documented on the UPU's WNS Stamp system that it was Mayfair International which was also owned by Montero. In other words, just like Stamperija and Impressor, a stamp agency that prints their own stamps. This issue was massively produced and should be valued accordingly to that fact. - 现在购买:
