The stamp shows the mascot of the games holding the torch and the logo of the event on its right. As background, the stylized silhoutte of the San Felipe fortress in Cartagena, where the 20th edition of the Central American and Caribbean Games were hold. The tournament began on July 15 and ended on July 30. 6000 athletes from 32 countries participate in 37 different sport disciplines .
