General Prospero Pinzón Romero (Hatoviejo, 1856-Bogotá, 1901), was a lawyer and jurist, statesman, newspaper founder, and a colombian military. He amounted to high levels of the army and politics as commander-in-chief of the Army, General Treasurer, and Minister of War.
