The list of stamps to avoid and resist created in 2000 by Mr. Bengt Bengtsson (a philatelic judge in Sweden) and updated by the Philatelic Webmasters Organization who is dedicated to fighting the abuse of the philatelic market states all stamps for Guinea from 1982 forward should be avoided. Although Guinea is a UPU member, they have never had any stamps listed on the UPU WNS system. It is quite obvious why.
This is due to excessive production and /or little to no evidence of sales and usage within Guinea since 1982 which breaks the rules for listing on the WNS system.
