The first stamp of independent Slovenia was issued on 26 June 1991. Yugoslav stamps were valid for postage in Slovenia until 25 April 1992. This item was illegally produced by an illegal stamp producer located in the UK without authorization. They have never been used for any purpose in Slovenia and were created for personal profits from collectors only.
