This item is produced by the counterfeit producer located in Moscow, Russia and distributed by criminal counterfeit stamp dealers located in Eastern Europe mainly in Kazakhstan and Estonia. We guess the counterfeiter and their criminal distributors did not get the message that São Tomé and Príncipe ended their contracts with Stamperija and have not issued any stamps since 2021.
