- This item has been denounced in Niger 2005 UPU Circular 388 as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. All mini sheets entitled "Animals of the World" have been denounced as illegal in the circular. This souvenir sheet is an enlargement of Mi:NE 1387 which is one of the stamps in the "Animals of the World" mini sheet it came from thus it too is included as illegally produced. It is a modified version of the still listed in Yvert Yt:NE BF89 souvenir sheet with "SINGPEX '98" inscriptions and the SINGPEX '98 Logo added. This souvenir sheet not listed in any catalog. 全部 "Animals of the World" mini sheets of nine (except for the Dogs mini sheet) were not discovered and denounced until years after Circular 194 was made. They were produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agencies called "France Philatèlie" 和 "France Philatèlie 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero.
