In 2009 there was no existing postal service in Somalia. There is no documentation of a "Bandigha" international philatelic exhibition anywhere. None of the major catalogs list any Somalia stamps after 2003 due to the fact there was no postal system in Somalia. Unless positive proof of legal authorization to print and distribute this issue, proof of commercial usage and listing of it by even one major catalog is provided this stamp is deemed a counterfeit illegal stamp.
