Noting the change in currency by the counterfeit producer in this year. What is interesting is the "CF". All genuine Congo DR stamps are inscribed "FC" for the currency symbol. Rumor has it, the "CF" was used to imply they are Clive Feigenbaum productions. Montero and Feigenbaum worked hand in hand since the early 1980's.
