Sadly, Michel catalogs (as of 2023) still lists one blatantly obvious illegal souvenir sheet which is exactly the same style as all the "circle stamp" souvenir sheets listed here in the 2012 illegal stamps category. They are the 仅仅 major catalog listing it and they should correct their obvious error that conflicts with the Mali postal authorities as well as every other major catalog. It is obvious that any stamp dating 2012 in the name of Mali is counterfeit.

In 2012 the counterfeit producer "global..." united with the British counterfeit producer in the production and distribution of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Mali as sales by the British producer and his associated counterfeit selling dealers show.
