Buyer beware
Stated to be unauthorized by the Guinea postal administration according to previous editor, it was not sold in Guinea, but only distributed by the Guinea philatelic agency France Philatelie for distribution onto the philatelic market. This item was massively and excessively produced making it of little to no philatelic value.

The printer and the stamp agency owned by Mr. Juan Carlos Marino Montero have been proven to produce many illegal stamps in the name of numerous countries causing his "companies" collapse in early 2000's due to his exposure. Some in the name of Guinea Republic are shown here on Colnect in the illegal stamps category for this country.

A question to ask is: Why is IGPC selling this still in 2022? Also, why is IGPC selling a competing stamp agencies stamps? This same exact style of Titanic issues made by this printer have been denounced by a number of other countries. Research is needed to clarify if they are legal or not!

Apparently the Guinea Republic was using multiple stamp agencies in this year.
