It is impossible that all of these countries needed any kind of surcharging and overprinting specifically made on older WWF issues only. 全部 the original WWF series were produced by the same stamp agent in earlier years showing us they were all massively overproduced effecting the value of all WWF series produced by this agent. Buyer beware!
