"International 1" = International mail to 20g, nominal value at time of release € 1.05. Officially released personal stamp for international mail. Series of 9 stamps (the other 8 stamps are for national mail); the other stamps of the series could only be obtained at a price higher then the nominal value. Also sold as personalized stamps using the same frame.
