- CD comes packaged not in a plastic case, but as an 18-page 6"乘以6" (6"乘以12" folded in half) cut limited edition booklet printed on heavy stock featuring hand-lettered lyrics and illustrations by Canadian artist Julia Hall. The booklet also houses the CD which is held inside the booklet using a rubber-CD holder (glued to the inside back cover of the booklet (see images). Limited to 600 copies. Each booklet also comes delivered in a poly 7" bag to protect it.
