Track D is the version of "Mama Told Me Not To Come (Go Back)" found on the US editions of the 12" and CD single with a longer fade out, during which "Part 1" of Philip Glass - Music In Twelve Parts - Parts 1 & 2 is sampled. Because of the need to re-record the samples used on the US CD/cassette, this version differs from "Sucker M.F." and both versions of the song are unique to this release.

The album was Direct Metal Mastered.

Includes heavyweight glossy printed inner sleeve for the album, heavyweight generic black matte sleeve for the 12", and a heavyweight card insert with lyrics and production notes.
The lyric insert is glossy on one side only.
