I rate him with neutral rate cause he sent the cards and I get them, but not like we agreed. We agreed to swap for 30 cards and he didn't send me cards that I wanted that we agreed but other cards from my wishlist which in meantime become doubles to me. but it seems that was a misunderstanding none of us had bad intentions so I change the rate now.
