Four weeks after sending my shipment to him, I asked him information about his shipment to me. He answered that I should have some more patience for Brasilian mail is very slow. Learning this....why is he not sending by registered mail :-( to tackle this problem ? As from that time we have had email-contact several times. I have asked him for a PARTIAL compensation by sending some stamps....even if they were not on my wishlist. Than he answered me that he was getting nervous from me....who was asking every two months for such compensation. Again I asked him for a small compensation 25%.....and instead of showing some interest, he is not answering my e-mails any longer. My advise....do not accept shipment from him. I think he could be a reliable person but he can not solve the problems in his country with shipment by unregistered mail.

the shipment was damaged due to the fault of the post office. The buyer gave me a negative rating (even though I wasn't to blame). I sent him the same stamps at my expense again. He didn't even say thank you. Unpleasantly aggressive behavior. Perhaps never again.

Dear seller. I had not evaluated you negatively as I said on 06/24. But now I'm going to do it. You were the most unprofessional salesperson I have ever done business with on this platform. You only fulfilled your obligations after making a serious mistake, you continued blaming the post office and you still wanted to be thanked for it. Delirium.
