In the centre, the raft sailing the ‘Lindenbrock Sea’ almost collides with two duelling sea creatures. The characters in this fictional story, evolving in a mineral universe, are represented on the right. On the left, a reference to the runic characters that guided the adventurers to the entrance of the Sneffels volcano is inscribed in a giant mushroom. In the background is the Italian volcano Stromboli, through which the explorers emerged from the centre of the Earth; theme at center in four lines VOYAGE 𝄓 AU CENTRE 𝄓 DE LA𝄓 TERRE (Journey to the Center of the earth), date ⤻ at bottom 2025.
