背面: The seal of the Educational Commission of the Commonwealth of the Two Nations with the Latin inscription COLLEGIUM PRAEFECTORUM PUBLICAE INSTITUTION (College of Directors of Public Education) and a symbolic book with the cover of a primary school textbook, reprinted in 1783 by the printing house of Vilnius University, which was reformed by the Educational Commission and the quotation from the Educational Commission’s first circular in Lithuanian: “...
