前: of the coin features an arch of the Negrelli Viaduct with a composition of heraldic animals from the large national coat-of-arms. The Czech lion is in the middle, with the Silesian eagle on the right and the Moravian eagle on the left. The name of the cycle “MOSTY”, the name of the state “ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA” and the denomination and abbreviated monetary unit “5000 Kč” are written on three lines inside the arch. The coin was minted by the Czech Mint. Its mark in the form of the letters “Č” 和 “M” is located at the bottom edge of the coin.
背面: of the coin shows a side-view of part of the Negrelli Viaduct. Above it is one of the arches of the viaduct. The inscription “NEGRELLIHO VIADUKT V PRAZE” with dots at its edges is located above the arch. The year of mintage “2012” and the initials of the designer of the coin, the sculptor Zbyněk Fojtů – the interlinked letters “FZ” – are situated below the depiction of the Negrelli Viaduct.
